The bodies of the nymph and worker termite looks like the size of larvae. Apart from this, the body structure of worker termite and soldier termite is also the same. Although, the head of the soldier termite is hard along with having dark body color. Additionally, the soldier termites also have larger jaws that allow them to keep their colony safe from intruders, and enemy attacks.

One interesting fact of a soldier and worker termite is that they both are blind. Only the queen termite has eyes. However, when Asian termites reach their reproductive stage they start developing wings for flying. The hard bodies of the Asian termites help them to fly along with allowing them to form a new termite colony. The bodies of flying termites are hard along with having dark exoskeleton structures.
